How to de-stress
I assume you clicked on this blog because you are probably feeling stressed out, a lot of anxiety,😢 maybe you are upset about something...whatever it is, I wanted to make this blog to remind you guys that its okay to feel stressed, it's very natural but the thing is you can't feel stress all the time.
Sometimes your phone messes up, or you need to charge it they won't run forever. Even a machine needs a break, imagine us.
We need ourselves some time to relax, to recharge, to find and seek that inner peace. In this magical world, everything moves so fast.

we always stay in a mode which is trying to keep up with everything. And of course, there is a pressure to always be there.
Most of the people are addicted to work and stressed out. I have to teach myself throughout the years, how to slowly unwind and find that path towards relaxation. If I can do this, definitely you can too. so really hope you enjoy my personal tips, let's move on.

HOT BATH:
A hot bath is a great way to keep things off. Adding essential oils to your bathing water can bump up the soothing factor. Sometimes we forget or too busy to take care of ourselves but with the right music and homemade facials you can turn your bathroom into a very own luxurious spa.HOT DRINKS:
If you are not much of a bath person hot water can still play an important role. Nice warm drinks like 🍵tea, hot chocolate or even a lemon water can soothe stress away.SOUPS:
Soups help to sweat out toxins from our body. Chicken noodle soup is my favourite de-stressing food, whats yours? Every once in a while take your time when you are eating. I'm sure you have moments, where you only eat on the go or only 5 minutes to spare but try to dedicate one meal a day where you can sit and enjoy your meal because a food is healing and a blessing.FUN TIME:
Don't forget to make time for fun whether you are reading,🎮 playing games, watching a movie or a show, I forget stress in no time.YOUR PASSION:
Reconnect with yourself by doing something you love this is why finding your passion is important, everyone has one and if you think you don't, well you haven't looked hard enough.Try as many things as you can and don't be afraid of being bad at it, at least it stared you in the right direction on what you are truly gifted in.
AROMATHERAPY:
Did you know that the right scent can really help you in psychological and physical well-being, we call it as aromatherapy and there are different ways to try it out by lighting scented candles and incense. Incense are not just for religious or ceremonial uses it serves a variety of purposes like meditation, aromatherapy and much more. Another form of aromatherapy is using essential oils on your pressure points like wrist and neck.
MEDITATION:
Ahh, my favourite...find time to meditate. A quiet, lonely time can really help. I like to use soothing 🎧sounds and music for my meditation. Tune into your calm 🎶 sound of nature and instruments. Trust me, the right music can help you to chill out.you wanna take this time to breathe, taking long deep breaths. Just let your thoughts go, focusing and keeping your mind still.
