- 1/4 cup of butter or oil
- 3/4 cup of milk
- a pinch of salt
Method:
- Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients like butter, vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of milk, whisk it well until the batter becomes smooth.
- Now, gradually add the remaining milk to get a flowing consistency.
- Pour the batter halfway to the butter greased moulds.
- Add 3 chocolate pieces to each of the moulds and press it gently with a spoon, so that it covers with the batter.
- Preheat the microwave and bake it for 15 minutes at 180-degree Celsius or 350-degree Fahrenheit.
- After it cools down completely, invert it into the plate and pat gently to remove it.
- Sprinkle some icing sugar and berries on the top to garnish.
- Our delicious eggless lava cake is ready to serve.
