1. Night cream for a fairer skin:



Ingredients:


  • Almonds - 3 
  • Basil leaves - 3

Method:

Instead of grinding, scrape them in a rough surface by adding rosewater to get a smooth paste, since the quantity is small. Mix them well and store it in an air-tight container, refrigerate and use it up to 1 week.

Apply it to your clean face and massage it in a circular motion for good 5 minutes, leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning. This cream refreshes your skin, cures dark circles and also gives you a fairer complexion.

2. For acne-prone skin:


Ingredients:


  • Aloe vera gel - 2tbs
  • Radish juice - 1tbs
  • Tea tree oil - 3 to 4 drops (or) neem oil

Method:

Mix everything well and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
This cream is not only for acne but also helps to reduce wrinkles and fine lines.
Radish has a bleaching effect and can lighten skin with regular use. It helps to stifle the melanin formation and prevent the pigmentations as well.




3. For anti-aging:


Ingredients:


  • Rose water - 2tsp 
  • Saffron - 1pinch
  • Aloe vera - 2tsp
  • Vitamin E capsule - 2

Soak the saffron strands into the rosewater for 10 minutes to infuse all its benefits, then cut open the capsules and extract the oil into the saffron mixture and then add aloe vera gel to it. Combine and stir these ingredients thoroughly until it achieves a serum like consistency.
This cream has effective ingredients that prevent your skin from ageing hence, gives you a youthful radiant glow.

4. For dry skin:


Ingredients:


  • yoghurt (or) curd -1tbs
  • Fresh cream - 1tbs
  • Almond or olive oil - 1tsp
  • Glycerin - 1tsp

Method:


Whip all the ingredients well, the consistency will be in a lotion form. Refrigerate and use it for 5 to 6 days.
This lotion gives extreme moisture which improves skin elasticity and brightness. It nourishes and rejuvenates your skin cells from deep within and keeps it hydrated all day long.

5. For dull skin:


Ingredients:


  • Carrot juice - 2tbs
  • Cornflour - 1tbs
  • Powdered sugar - 1tsp
  • Milk cream - 1tbs
  • Butter 1/3tsp

Method:

Mix everything well without any lumps, you can store this up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Carrots contain a high amount of beta-carotene and other health benefitting compounds such as vitamin-A, minerals and anti-oxidants. Which protects against various skin problems and helps in maintaining skin health. 

It also contains vitamin-C that aids the collagen production in the skin. Thus prevents wrinkles and locks the process of ageing and helps to reduce the pores.
